REFUND POLICY
Exchanges / Refunds / Replacements
If you are within the 14-day return period, we offer the following options:

Exchange: Exchange your item for another size or color of the same model. Exchanging for a different product is not permitted. We recommend returning the original item for a refund and then placing a new order for the desired product.

Refunds: The standard method of refund is to the original payment method. If you prefer to receive a store credit, please notify us on the return form. We do not charge any restocking fees for refunds. Only the final price paid (after any discount) will be refunded. Discount codes or vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be reissued.

Replacement of Incorrect or Defective Items: If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair at no additional cost. Please email us at contact@cowgirl-outfit.co.uk with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem (e.g., wrong/faulty item)
- A photo or video
How Long Does It Take to Get a Refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item. Please note that the refund process includes verification for authenticity and processing through our accounting department.
How Do I Return an Item?
Please contact us directly at contact@cowgirl-outfit.co.uk with the subject line "Returning my item." We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the expected time frame:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your bank, as processing usually takes 2-7 business days.
- If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@cowgirl-outfit.co.uk.
Delivery
For standard returns (excluding defective or incorrect items), the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. If you are returning an item due to a defect or an incorrect delivery, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If you receive a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product. If you opt for an exchange, depending on the destination country, it may take 1-4 weeks to receive the exchanged item.
